Our coverage area also includes outlying communities such as Point Roberts, Maple Falls, Anacortes and Concrete. We have combined nearly 20 years of experience in appraising single family dwellings, including Manufactured homes and acreage parcels, for lending purposes, estate planning and legal settlements. We also appraise proposed construction projects, condominium units and small income properties.
