We are Residential Real Estate Appraisers serving Whatcom and Skagit Counties in Northwest Washington State. Our coverage area includes outlying communities such as Point Roberts, Maple Falls, Anacortes and Concrete. We have combined nearly 35 years of experience in appraising single family dwellings, including Manufactured homes and acreage parcels, for lending purposes, estate planning and legal settlements. We also complete vacant land appraisals, proposed construction appraisals, condominium unit appraisals and small income property appraisals (i.e., duplex, triplex, quadplex).
